Roger brings more than 25 years of experience with logistics and distribution management across key industries including foodservice, building materials, baking and many others.  His larger perspective approach to helping customers with business growth and cost savings combined with his in-depth knowledge of day-to-day operations has enabled customers to maintain focus on their core business.

Jim Harris is responsible for leading PTG’s operations, including its Dedicated Contract Carriage, Specialty Transportation Services and Last Mile division. Mr. Harris has more than 30 years of industry experience, including 9 years with Affinity Logistics and 3PD (now XPO, Last Mile) and 3 years with Merchants Home Delivery (now MXD Group). As Director of Operations for Affinity Logistics, he was instrumental in growing operations and revenue.  He subsequently served as Vice President of Operations for IDS, and as Senior Vice President for 3PD before joining PTG in 2010.

Marc brings more than 24 years of logistics experience across all segments of the supply chain including leadership roles at some of the largest and most well-recognized logistics companies in the United States; Sears Logistics Services, Menlo Logistics, KW Logistics, Geologistics, and Total Transportation Services. Marc also earned a commission as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and has a B.S. in Business Administration (MIS) from the University of Arizona (1987).

Deb has enjoyed a career in transportation and logistics for nearly 20 years and began in a customer service role. She was quickly promoted to Sales and Customer Service Manager and focused on the development of retail distribution and transportation operations. She was part of the team that accepted numerous service-based awards including Carrier of the Year. In 2011 Deb oversaw the start-up and progression of an asset based regional truckload and brokerage service provider. Deb’s focus for PTG Logistics is to provide excellent service to all customers through quality, consistancy and speedy communication.

Mark is a NATMI Certified Director of Safety and has created and managed driver safety and training programs with extensive experience in DOT safety compliance, driver training, driver recruiting, accident investigations, driver management, and operations management. He has first-hand experience in day-to-day transportation operations and an excellent knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR).  Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Technology and Education and is currently earning his Masters in Logistics Management.
